Our client is a successful, family run, NDIS Allied health provider who are looking to welcome a driven and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team in a leadership position. This role offers a balance of community/clinic based models tailored to your preference, with flexible working environments available. The Benefits: Salary of $115,000- $130,000 superannuation. Annual PD budget of $5000 2 days study leave, and monthly team training with external sources. Ongoing administrative support for contact, bookings, billing and administrative work. Travel reimbursement Access to brand-new state of the art clinic Flexibility to work from home, clinics or at client homes. Your role will include: Lead a small multidisciplinary team of OTs, SPs etc. Focus on PD, specialised training and assisting in new graduate training/education programs. Collaborate with team leaders amongst the business to create a positive working environment Work with a diverse caseload of clients from community, clinic and NDIS clients aged between 3-65 (common conditions include ASD, intellectual and physical disabilities) Role will be split between 3 days clinical and 2 days of management (caseload will be reduced due to increased leadership responsibilities). Requirements: Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers license and vehicle Interested in this position?
